Our platform does not:

• Submit or prepare visa or consular applications

• Guarantee appointment availability

• Influence embassy operations, decisions, or schedules

We act solely as a technological facilitator, not as an agent, representative, or affiliate of any government or embassy authority.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

To use Book Ahead Now, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts

• Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of any login credentials you provide to us or embassy portals

• Ensure that your embassy application (if required) has been submitted and approved before using our services

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for entering all required embassy login information (e.g., username, email, password)

• You will upload or input all relevant application IDs, tracking numbers, and documents that may be needed for appointment access

• You are authorized to use the platform on behalf of any other party if you provide information on their behalf

• We do not handle or assist with the visa or consular application process. Our service begins only after your application is submitted and approved, and is limited strictly to monitoring and booking assistance.

3. Limitations and Disclaimers of Service

We are a third-party automation and monitoring service. You agree and understand that:

• We do not guarantee appointment availability

• We do not guarantee successful booking

• Embassies may change, delay, restrict, or cancel appointment availability at any time without notice

• Embassies may block or limit the use of automated tools

• Your access to embassy portals may be suspended due to incorrect information, duplicate bookings, or failure to comply with embassy policies

We are not liable for:

• Missed deadlines

• Denied visa applications

• Failure to obtain an appointment

• Losses resulting from incorrect data input

• Website outages, CAPTCHA restrictions, or technical failures on embassy portals

4. Payment and Subscription Terms

Book Ahead Now may offer services for a one-time fee. If you purchase a paid service:

• Fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once monitoring or booking has begun

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes or currency exchange fees

• Each payment covers a single service instance; no recurring charges apply

5. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the platform or provide false or fraudulent information

• Your use of the Service causes disruption to embassy portals, other users, or our systems

You may terminate your subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

Book Ahead Now is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any embassy, consulate, government agency, or visa service provider.

You are solely responsible for verifying that the appointment booked by our system aligns with your application stage, documentation requirements, and visa type.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Zan – Zari Group Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content for any unauthorized purpose.

9. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of time, income, or opportunity

• Our total liability to you under any legal theory shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim

• We are not liable for embassy changes, external delays, or miscommunication caused by third-party platforms

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zan – Zari Group Ltd. from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
